Commissioner Decree 2022-1: Effective immediately, players who are impacted by COVID for any reason can be replaced according to the Smokey Louis injury replacement rules. This applies to all pitchers and position players. This decree includes players who, though they may not test positive or be quarantined because of COVID protocols, have their games cancelled due to COVID. Any player replaced in a team's lineup would be restricted the following week and unavailable to be used in accordance with current SLFBL injury replacement rules.
